Peab's earthworks and construction operations in Stockholm are now looking for new site managers for one of our wonderful construction manager groups. About the position
As a site manager within our earthworks and construction operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that you and your team achieve set goals on time. You will work out in the production and assist the site manager on our earthworks and construction projects with leadership, planning, work preparation, and project follow-up, as well as being responsible for quality assurance and contact with subcontractors. Additionally, you will plan, lead, and distribute work among our skilled workers.

- steering towards set profitability goals

You will belong to one of our construction manager groups in Stockholm, which is part of Peab Anläggning, region East. The construction manager group is led by construction manager Selim Aydin and deputy construction manager Emma Clementson. We operate throughout Stockholm County.

Start date is according to agreement. The position is a permanent employment that begins with a probationary period.

About you

We are looking for someone who has a construction/engineering education or has acquired equivalent knowledge through work experience in the industry. You have about 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in earthworks and construction operations.

You speak and write Swedish fluently. A B driver's license is required for the position. Having your own car is not a requirement, but access to your own car is a plus for you as our workplaces are not always easily accessible.
